Nice job Ocular Group on the website produced for DJ Mike Blades: www.djmikeblades.com
The site has a mix of html, flash and a CMS end for Mike to update his track listings for his Hypnotic Edge show broadcast around the world.
There is also a station listing that displays in your local time, no matter where you are in the world!!! Great back end programming Ben!

Thanks to the invitation of Mick (Micks Towing Service) we have been manning a stand at the Gold Coast Show this year.
We are in the Motorsport Pavillion, so while were near the food area, and the performing stage… you cannot find us in the ‘trade’ tent!
Running a promotion with prizes, and handing out some flyers… we’re working hard, when the boys are not checking out the fashion parades or dancers on stage throughout the day.

Bookkeepers & Accounting Consultants reap the rewards

McDonalds contract performance commented as ‘outstanding’

Ocular Group is proud to have been a part of the success having been in charge of Queensland and Northern NSW. A project like that is only as good as the team we trained for the job, so I would like to send a personal thank you to the boys that put in the crazy overnight hours, took minimal travel allowances and did everything they had to do to be the team that delivered the job, on time everytime. …including those nights away from the wife/girlfriends.. we appreciate your efforts and you all represented Ocular Group & Innovateq in the professional manner we aim to maintain within our company.

Starlight Children’s Foundation – Technology upgrade

This year kicked off with Colin (our production engineer & chief editor) load up the car and hightail it to Sydney to deliver and install full production suites into Starlight Foundation rooms in both the Randwick & Westmead hospitals. The project was a great success and the Starlight Captains; who do one of the most dedicated and amazing jobs we have ever seen; had awesome feedback and praise for the new VT-5 live production systems by Newtek; they are now using to deliver that uplifting Starlight content to kids that can really use a smile in their lives.

I would like to congratulate Colin for his preparation and dedication to embark on New Years Day to meet such a tight deadline in the first week of the New Year.
Having also attended the Brisbane location to address some long term issues there, the QLD Starlight team is also filled with gratitude to Ocular Group for producing results allowing them to program overnight entertainment for the kids during times when they appreciate it most.
We look forward to the national contract enabling us to fully support all video and production aspects of such a valuable and respected organisation.
